We Accept . . . the Bible as the authoritative word of God which is sufficient for all things.

We Believe . . . that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone.
He is the only way to salvation.
(John 14:6)
We Commit . . . our lives to reach the community and world for Christ to the Glory of God.

If you are interested in becoming a member of our family, please talk with the pastor about your desire for membership. After being affirmed by the pastor and the congregation, your membership will be complete.

There are three ways in which one becomes a member of ABC:

By Baptism: If you profess faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you may join the church as a candidate for baptism by immersion.

By Letter: If you are Southern Baptist and are currently a member in another SBC church, then you may transfer your membership. ?We handle that upon your request.

By Statement: If you have saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been baptized by immersion, and are not a member of another SBC church, or your membership cannot be determined, you may join by statement upon guidance from the pastor.

Is Church Membership Really Necessary?

Many today think that membership is outdated, or even a way of "elitism." How, then, does membership to a local church actually have any meaning or value?  These links will help in developing an understanding of biblical and quality church membership.
